This brand was using an email agency to run their SMS and email marketing. The results they were getting were average so they felt they were leaving money on the table.

The email marketing agency they were using  focused all of their efforts on doing the basics. They weren't testing fresh,  interesting ideas to stimulate sales from SMS.

One Hour Flash sale - We created an SMS only offer. Instead of offering it for several days we set the deadline to one hour.
